Founder & CEO
Paul Pinto is the founder of Net Zero Advisory LTD, a company dedicated to helping startups and private equity firms develop and grow through decarbonization strategies.
Since 2023, Paul has acted as an advisor to two climate tech investment funds and multiple startups, supporting them in structuring growth models aligned with climate transition, performance, and long-term value creation.
A graduate in Political Sciences, Paul has over 30 years of experience in corporate performance improvement, working across strategic transformation, operational excellence, and organizational performance.
He is a certified Black Belt Lean Six Sigma, combining rigorous process optimization with sustainability and decarbonization frameworks.
Paul is also the author of several books on management performance and decarbonization, positioning him as a recognized voice at the crossroads of performance strategy and climate transition.
His vision: make decarbonization not just an environmental objective, but a structural growth engine for modern businesses.
